The new NGZ Permit Vault is now integrated into Jemena’s drawBRIDGE® system, providing staff with consistent, self-service access to critical safety and compliance records.
The solution introduces a unified repository for NGZ permits, replacing the previous reliance on individual storage methods and specialist staff with Upvise access. By enabling a dedicated NGZ Permits button within the Engineering Desktop, the platform ensures that field crews, office teams, and People & Culture staff can seamlessly browse and retrieve records whenever required.

Jemena Enhances Asset Management Through Integrated Digital Information Platforms
Melbourne, Australia — Jemena has strengthened its asset management capability through an integrated suite of digital platforms connecting engineering technical records, drawings, GIS data, field information, compliance systems and design applications across its gas and electricity networks.
At the centre of this capability is drawBRIDGE, Jemena’s enterprise Technical and Drawing Management System, providing a secure online index for managing the lifecycle of engineering technical records, drawings, specifications and supporting documentation.
drawBRIDGE enables authorised users to efficiently store, access and manage critical asset information, including CuratedPDF and DWG drawings, scanned signed documents, metadata, photographs and technical records. The platform supports dedicated information vaults for Jemena drawings, gas transmission and distribution documentation, standard drawings, manufacturer drawings, field inspections and equipment photographs.
With more than 2,397 users accessing the system over a 30-day period, drawBRIDGE has been developed, tested and integrated with key operational systems, including:
